				If you are looking for a kowledgable attorney, Richard is the man.  He knows the in's and out's and is a very well known and respected attorney in Houston.  His knowledge of the law and what applies or does not is incredible quoting and citing laws out of the top of his head.  Richard also connects to his clients understanding the circumstances and trying to help you whenever he can, however he can.  Your fight is his fight and he does not give up even when you feel like giving up.  He understands special needs circumstances and if there is something he needs to research, he is very connected with specialists that will help with the case.  I am very happy with how he managed my case and all he did for me in this case as a single mom with a special need adult.

				Hands down one of the best attorneys I've ever seen. He was very detail oriented and made sure everything was in writing and no questions or open access to any mishaps later on down the road. Mr. Lybarger works hard for his client and is very fair. He wants what's best for his client. He heard our case and wanted it to be over and done with. We hired him on a Thursday and by Friday morning he was working hard just to have the clerks office get all they need by Monday morning. This is work!!! This man fought for what was right and fair. 				Worst Lawyer ever.  Do not hire him unless you want to be scammed.  He will take you to the cleaners as he is very dishonest.  He will falsely bill and try to extort money.  Any positive reviews are fake.
