En una cita que tuvimos, el abogado llegó tarde e hizo otra cita a la misma hora que nosotros. Nosotros llegamos primero y la otra cita después, cuando llegó el abogado tarde, pasó a la otra persona y después a nosotros. Por eso les doy 4 estrellas.

This attorney - NATHANIEL LANDMAN was to do an Estate package for us within a few weeks but not longer than a couple of months, but ONE AND A HALF YEARS LATER, he HAS NOT DONE all the work that he promised and was PAID IN FULL to do!

HE WAS VERY Unprofessional, Untimely, and Erroneous in some of his work! I WOULD NOT recommend him to an enemy!

WE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS on him! Use him and firm at your risk and peril!

TOTLALLY DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED, AND BETRAYED.

HE DID NOT RETURN one (1) of my phone calls to him the whole one and a half years! He offered a number of excuses and apoIogies, but still has not done what he contracted and promised to do!

l COULD SAY A LOT MORE ABOUT MY situation, but time would
not permit!

I am NOT SURE sure that I can rely on the work that he did do!

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY IN DEALING WITH HIM!!!

Wish I had a better review to leave. I met with Mr. Landman in November of 2023 to amend my 2022 taxes. Sent over the necessary documents to accomplish this on 11/21/23. I was not given a time frame of how long this would take or how much these services would cost. I reached out to him on 1/17/2024 to follow up, he responded on 01/22/2024 and told said "Sorry, I'll get to this this week"... This was eight weeks after we initially met, and as we all know the timeframe to receive an amended return is 16 weeks. On 02/09/2024 I followed up with Mr. Landman again and he said "I should get to them by end of next week. Sorry been crazy". So here I am, needing to amend my tax return and wait 16 weeks from today as opposed to 11/21/23 or around that time when he confirmed that he was able to amend them for me. I'm very disappointed that no expectations were set from the very beginning and I highly doubt he would have ever got to them. Our initial consultation was pleasant, but overall the experience was one that I would never get away with providing to a client. I could have just done them myself back in November and I would be receiving my money soon. Ironically, I assumed that I would need to pay Mr. Landman a retainer up front and I held off on meeting with him until I had the money to do so; only for him to tell the person that referred me that I "must not like money" and wouldn't have to do that. Quite contrary, I do like money lol and I'm confused by the sudden lack of urgency considering that he pushed me to act more urgently.
