Just left the court. Son was tried with no evidence of him being the one committing the crime. This lawyer convinced him to not take it to a jury trial. Lawyer spent the trial arguing to reduce the charge rather than arguing the lack of evidence to identify the suspect. Son was found guilty by judge for the maximum charge. This lawyer had my son convicted before the trial started. He was ill prepared and ran the trial through quickly. He will give one a lot of hope prior to taking your money, but then is a total fail on communication, effort, and competency. Don't waste your hopes or money!! This guy did no kind of defense. UPDATE This lawyer just requested the courts to withdraw from the case before the sentencing trial. Based on this review!! He states in the letter that my son has a legitimate shot at appeal. I guess that says it all how poorly he represents his clients.
