I’m disappointed with this attorney. I provided proof of my disabilities, my medical records letters from doctors, gave him all of my information about how my father supported me, and the judge only awarded me 2% of the wrongful death allocation from my father. He called my therapist with less than 24 notice to testify and she couldn’t prepare with that little notice. I told the attorney about how my stepmother abused me and he forgot to mention that in court, and he just seemed really unprofessional and disorganized. I reminded him two months prior to call my therapist. He is very slow to respond to emails. It took two months to get a reply from him. I am disappointed in this attorney. I am traumatized about how everything turned out and I would not recommend him to anybody.He didn’t protect me when my stepmoms attorney questioned me and refused to get me a guardian ad litem when I requested one. Due to his failures and despite my best efforts I lost my case. I am deeply hurt and traumatized about what happened. And I won’t get to move to Peru to be with my godfather because of what he did because he didn’t get me enough money.. 😢
