If you look on yelp at Kathy p review mine is the same. George was unprepared for court. As we went over evidence he was huffing and puffing very dismissive. I asked him to let courts know that mom lied about the home state. He refused to do so and I found out later that he refused to do so bc I wouldn’t have needed his counsel bc the home state would’ve been NC so I would’ve obtained counsel there. If u want someone detail oriented and that cares about ur case choose someone else. He also told me while reviewing my case that “I’m getting bored” and “ofc you care more about the case so it’s not boring to you”. My advice to George is retire and pick a profession that isn’t boring to you. When u tell him details abt case he doesn’t write anything down he sits back and closes his eyes lol. I told him older evidence that the other party would’ve had on me. He didn’t ask what it contained or help create a defense against it. Instead he sounded very confident that he could get it suppressed so we didn’t need to worry abt it anyways. He told me witnesses can testify by phone but didn’t make it clear we need to set up our witnesses before the actually court date. So my witnesses didn’t get in. Overall very very poor lawyer. Please don’t use this man as your council. He left so much out of the case. He didn’t have a plan at all.
