I came to this notary/lawyer office to get a simple form notarized to confirm my identity for remote work with Georgetown University, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of helping me, they were unprepared to handle the form and essentially dismissed me from the office, right in front of staff and another client. The lawyer even said they were “too busy,” despite there being three employees present and only one assisting a client.

This used to be my go-to place for all official purposes, and in the past the staff had always helped me without any issues. Unfortunately, this was the first time I had to deal directly with the lawyer, and the treatment I received was dismissive. After this experience, I will not be coming back, nor will I be recommending this office to anyone.
