This is certainly long overdue but well deserved. Mr. DeVito settled a MVA case for me and my mom earlier this year. This case went on for a few years and his consistency, persistence and professionalism never wavered. He maintained his commitment to helping us from beginning to end even when things weren't the easiest to navigate. He made sure to take his time, be patient and explain whatever he could especially when questions were asked. Mr. DeVito certainly out-did himself and went out of his way to obtain results we weren't even anticipating.

His job was to obtain the best result possible for his clients but that's not the lasting impression I left with after all was said and done. I really appreciated and still do today, just how personable he was. It was clear he was working to get the job done but it never felt like a business transaction but rather a man simply trying to help and do right by those trusting him. He truly made the experience more authentic and we got to see him as a person, not just an attorney. Going into this case, I didn’t know what to expect. From the beginning, Michael broke down everything to me, the possibilities, pros and cons. The process of my case was a little complicated, and a very tricky one. Michael worked hard on my case. We had so many hurdles, and trickery that came across our way. He kept me informed about everything, and broke down everything in a manner that I can understand. After working on my case for almost 10years, I consider Michael not just my lawyer, but a friend.
