It seems to be the going rate that you have a serious problem answering the phone and its not very comforting reading others say how horrible of a lawyer youve been for their loved ones. Im not sure why you are continuing practicing law if you cannot properly accommodate the clients you have sworn to defend in a timely manner. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that it was the state and not yourself that continued this past scheduling conference. My husband has been sitting in jail since February and you have not filed for a bond hearing or visited him regarding strategy or a plea deal or absolutely any communication at all. Discovery should be in. You cannot hold people this long without some sort of game plan or time line after this long. He has a family that loves him and he is not what happened to him. If you do not do your job i will see that you are significantly rep-remanded for your actions. It doesnt matter who my husband is, you took an oath to defend your clients and i highly suggest you do your job. Have a nice day

my fiancé was his client he never visit him he missed court dates doesn’t communicate doesn’t answer his phone don’t return calls if up too him i think he a let you rot in jail and it sad bc you got these guys life in your hand and they way he handle his business is unacceptable and it’s more people than you realize he’s done wrong an everyone has something negative to say aside from he WAS a good lawyer idk about now i don’t bc his actions speak louder than his words
