I just called this morning to find out if this office handled a landlord tenant breach of contract and no one would even tell me yes or no unless I paid a $250 consultation fee! The receptionist was pretty rude and dismissive. Other reviews seem to be positive having spoken to attorney Nelson himself. Very poor customer service or should I say lack of. Maybe she is having a bad Monday morning!

I called up the other day & was very emotional on the phone. He let me speak...without interrupting...my legal issue. The way I was speaking to him...he should have hung up, but he did Not. He pointed me in the right direction & even took the time to email me info that would help my legal issue! That says a lot about a person...he didn't get paid one penny for doing that. Thank you!!
