I found Marisa Nelson after careful research and review of her background.
I chose Marisa from several lawyers and so glad I did.
She diligently put all her efforts in preparing our trust(s) she worked hard to get a document that was needed and was not available upon her request. I personally was almost giving up and very worried. Marisa continued to work hard and completed the task. Her legal knowledge played a big role in accomplishing the task.
She is kind empathetic, calm and most importantly a great listener and communicator. I highly recommend her. Marisa is definitely part of our family legal team. I am eternally grateful for her support and service.

This is really a 4 3/4 Star review. We updated our estate plan with Marisa, and she was great. Knows her stuff. Has an efficient process for getting info from us and translating that into a finished document. The missing 1/4 star is just because I felt a tiny bit rushed like I wasn't getting her answers quickly enough. I think this was due to tiny glitches in communication due to (a) a transition between paralegals and (b) Marisa trying to manage expectations on timing so clients don't just hang out there for many months. So, yes, definitely patronize this business! And if you are unclear on your "deadlines," just ask!

Marisa is such a responsive person. She listens to your needs carefully and answers all the questions clearly and patiently. If you need someone to help you with estate planning, Marisa is definitely the person you must speak with!
