They have a motto -"Consider it done.' and it is correct! Ms. Breen and her staffo work hard to be sure all is done correctly and promptly.

A friend used the firm and had only said great things so I called. I've closed on 7 homes over the years, Ms. Breen was the only who told me how it's done, what to expect etc.

We retained her and it became clear that her knowledge and expertise paid her fees. Many closings costs I as a seller had paid before were shifted elsewhere. They caught errors on the closing statement. We gave her POA (power of atty) just in case and when we arrived to closing there was a check waiting for us.

I wish I knew about Ms. Breen earlier.
