She called for the "free 15-minute consult" Never got the chance to speak because she talked for the entire 15 minutes without pausing, and when I tried repeatedly to ask a single question, I was talked over each time. I tried to ask for the coaching terms (rate, scope, what's covered) in writing before booking, she told me flatly that she does not put anything in writing, just a payment link. A lawyer who does not put anything in writing sounds shady. If you can't uphold the law for written fee agreements, how can you be trusted to uphold the law in your cases? She gave off a monologue which sounded like she was reading off a script. Giving a one-way "consultation" and no written agreement. That's a red flag

Linda was amazingly helpful. Just in a 1hr consultation Linda explained to me things that the courts would not and what other attorneys did not. If your looking for a family lawyer you most definitely want to reach out to her. She will not only change your day but she will change your life. Someone needs to stop these family lawyers lawyers from taking advantage of people . $450 just to talk is insane to me for 1 hour
