Went by here when marketing to providers in Bakersfield and was trying to see what kind of place Clear Behavioral Health is; figured a lawyer might have clients who either struggles with substance use or got a DUI and may need the type of substance use treatment my company offers. When we knocked on the door with a box of bunt cakes and a bag of goodies for him, he was so incredibly rude. He was yelling at my employee about how he has been a lawyer in this town for 20+ years and he's busy and why are we bothering him, and then motioned for us to go away. So you probably need an appointment or you'll get yelled at.

I would not recommend this lawyer if you’re looking for efficiency or professionalism. He takes an excessive amount of time to get things done, dragging out even the simplest matters. On top of that, he is incredibly rude—not just to me, but to other clients as well. His lack of urgency and poor attitude make for a frustrating experience. If you value respect and timely service, look elsewhere.

Waste of time! Keep scrolling, don’t waste your time on this dude. Could care less about “facts” unless you write them down on a paper prior to consultation. My GF was going to be the one to loan me the money (which he didn’t know) and completely undermined any and all comments and questions being asked. His favorite thing to do when upset is grind his teeth and say “I can read!” “That’s nice”. All while shaking in his seat. His office is a pig sty with NO organizational skills whatsoever! This guy needs to retire, find a hobby, or maybe finalize his 4 year on going divorce. 1 star is even giving him too much credit.
