So far I’m having a great experience with the front desk staff. This is the first office who has listened and not put me down. Exceptional customer service and looking forward to my consultation which they pushed me sooner than original date due to emergency.

I didn’t get the opportunity to work with this attorney because I never made it past the initial phone call, even though I had heard great things about Laura. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist left me deciding not to move forward. When my call was returned, the receptionist seemed rushed, annoyed, and uninterested in speaking with me. I understand that Laura’s schedule is backed up and that the earliest consultation available is in September. That wasn’t the issue. It was the way I was spoken to that was disappointing. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to ask questions, including the consultation fee, before feeling rushed.. When someone is reaching out to a family law office, they’re often going through one of the most difficult times in their life. The first point of contact should make potential clients feel welcomed, heard, and respected. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. Because first impressions matter, I chose to look elsewhere.

I had a situation where I was recently terminated due to the way the judge wrote out my sentence. I went into the office to meet with Laura and her staff were on top of everything! When I spoke with Laura she was so genuine and down to earth and made me feel so comfortable. Laura handled my situation with the courts in one day…ONE DAY! Thanks to Laura I will be reinstated with my job. Such a blessing. 🙏🏽
