Unfortunately, my experience trying to engage this firm was frustrating. I had difficulty getting anyone to answer calls or communicate consistently, and while Kristina Reed did call once, it was late in the evening and no voicemail was left. From a prospective client standpoint, it created a lot of uncertainty about responsiveness and follow-through during a time-sensitive legal issue. I understand attorneys are busy, but clearer communication and more reliable intake coordination would significantly improve the client experience.
