If you are truck driver do not call this lawyer because he can not help you. It's a waste of money. He couldn't reduce my speeding ticket even by 1 mile.

Thank God for Google reviews that can't be erased. I have a family member who made a decision that resulted in needing to retain an attorney and unfortunately we had to rely on information from other's who lived in the city where the attorney needing to be retained had a rapport with other court officials. I recently spoke with this attorney regarding my very close family member and when I say rude and nasty as if the attorney was not paid in full (which he was)doesn't scratch the surface of people like him and when I say people like him, I definitely mean people with unnecessary prejudice! Attorneys I feel seem to forget they were hired by the family not just the client and if at any time Mr. Freeman's very close family members might be in need of an attorney I can bet money he would like simple answers to simple questions and not appreciate when the attorney says things like "if the family members gives me permission to speak with you about the case, it's still my discretion if I will give you information"! When a parent, wife , husband or grandparent retains an attorney for a family member that attorney works for the family because it's a fact if Mr. Freeman needed to retain an attorney for a very close family member he would undoubtedly demand (and I am simply asking) answers. I am being kind when I say rude and nasty. His tone is completely judgemental and disrespectful, again I am being kind with my word choice. I hope no one else has to experience this behavior from being in business for 32 years as a professional, because professionalism did not come to.mind when I spoke with this attorney! Every job is a customer service job and if Attorney Kirk Freeman no longer wants to be in the business of customer service then I am sure there are other alternatives, such as retirement etc. Potential clients and family beware of the judgemental and nasty attitude! He got one star because he returned my phone call but definitely does not deserve A star....Facts. I will definitely will be back with an updated review after my family member issue has been resolved and if this review causes Mr. Kirk Freeman to continue with his negative judgemental tone and attitude. I do wonder why he has very mixed google reviews more negative than positive because google reviews are very informative.

Do not hire him. The worst of the worst. He only wants your money and will not do anything to help your actual case. He never has time for paid clients. He and his staff are garbage
