I hired Johnathan Koren to assist with RE closing, but I have found the lack of responsiveness to be a significant issue. I have reached out on several occasions seeking updates on legal matter, only to be met with silence. I understand that legal matters are complex, but the lack of basic professional communication has made it difficult to move forward. I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment of my messages or a realistic timeline for when I could expect.

I received multiple formal communications from this law office in connection with a business listing issue and a subsequent online review. Based on those communications, I found the tone and overall approach to be unnecessarily aggressive and heavily focused on legal threats rather than resolution.

The correspondence included broad legal claims and deadlines, along with repeated demands for action, without any meaningful attempt at dialogue or clarification. In my opinion, the emphasis was on escalation and pressure rather than addressing the underlying issue in a constructive way.

Follow-up messages continued in a similar tone, reiterating potential litigation and expanding the scope of allegations. This approach raised concerns for me about how situations are handled when there is disagreement or dispute.

Based on this experience, I would be cautious in dealing with this office.
