I hired this attorney several months ago and paid a substantial retainer. Unfortunately, he failed to respond to opposing counsel in a timely manner, which negatively impacted my case. He appeared attentive and promising during the initial consultation, but after receiving payment, communication became difficult and I felt my case was no longer a priority. In my experience, he seems to take on more clients than he can effectively manage, resulting in delays and a lack of attention to individual cases.

John Richards is one of the most inspiring, hardworking, and determined people I have ever met. He and his staff were so helpful and supportive. They always helped clarify things and made time to help us with paper work.
