The WORST lawyer I have ever worked with. By far, the sloppiest & slowest. Hired Mr. Naegle to assist in a simple estate matter. It took a year, and at the end the He filed the order of final distributions with a major error misrepresenting the assets of the estate. Only a 5 page document, the attachment on the 5th page directly conflicts with the enumeration on the 3rd page. Not only did he fail to catch this, he refused to fix it without being retained a second time. Months later I was able to get a phone call scheduled with all parties involved, and although he took the call, he refused to reference the document I had to prepare to fix HIS error! What could have been literally a 5 minute conversation went on for 21 minutes! And resulted with all parties needing to have another lawyer check the work. I highly recommend avoiding this guy, unless you are looking to be jerked around. If i could give a negative star, I would. Beyond being sloppy, he was so god-awful unprofessional, never took responsibility for his error, and spoke down to us, his "clients"...Seriously, go anywhere else!!!
