I would like to share my experience with the law office of Jerry M. Blevins for anybody that's considering hiring him.I was extremely pleased with his outstanding representation of me at my preliminary hearing. I was being accused of insurance fraud. My case involved the demolition (partial demo, city generated,) of a building that I owned. I was accused by the contractor's wife for filing a liability claim on their homeowner's policy. She claimed I filed the claim against their home valued at$180,000 even though I did not have an insurable interest in their property;(house.) My case was a convoluted mess, and Mr. Blevins, through his years of expertise handling insurance fraud, and criminal defense was able to convince the court there was no probable cause to move forward. My case was dismissed!!
