More recently, I reached out to him for a consultation, and I found his consultation rate reasonable, especially compared to other firms I had contacted prior (some of which then referred me to Jeremy). When I put together documentation that spanned a large number of pages as a pre-read prior to our meeting, he was able to get a handle on all of it in less than a day and came prepared to our session.

It's clear that he's passionate about what he does (he only represents tenants, not landlords), and during our session was able to cite laws and ordinances from memory and send us links to use in case we needed them later. I've already referred someone else to Jeremy for their tenant law questions, and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again if the need arises.
