My friend had previously worked on their O-1 visa with Attorney Jeongyun Jo and highly recommended her, so I didn’t even look for other lawyers and decided to proceed with my case with her right away.

The best part of preparing my visa with Attorney Jo was how incredibly fast her responses were. Even on weekends, whenever I had questions while working on my visa application and sent her an email, she would reply almost immediately.

I was extremely worried because I only had three months left on my visa, including the grace period (with less than a month remaining on my official work permit). However, Attorney Jo worked so efficiently and fast that I was able to submit my application on time without exceeding the grace period. Additionally, I received an RFE due to the union letter, and she sent out the necessary letters that very same day.
