Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and her staff is too. Jennifer helped set up our Trust when our children were very young, so we needed to update it and put our now grown children as the Trustee. Since I was unable to come to our pre-scheduled appointment due to being ill, Jennifer sent home a package of information for my husband and I to discuss, then return at a future date to sign the updated and new Trust. Jennifer also has meetings for the general public to teach people the importance of having a trust and has a question and answer period. This is how we first met and hired Jennifer. Jennifer was also very helpful when I was a Trustee for my Father’s Trust and ran into a few problems I wasn’t sure how to handle. Jennifer gave me valuable information, which helped a lot! The staff is very knowledgeable from the front receptionist to Ms. Thaete with regards to Will's and trusts. Questions asked via phone or email are answered very quickly. The process of doing a family trust was easy and completed in a timely manner. Ms Thaete also does client seminars that we have attended over the years that are excellent.
