I had court in Bakersfield Jan 17th 2025 I wrote this in a text.....This is MistyMay Arlene McGrath. We have court at 830am in Bakersfield. I am going to the ER. I've included a pic of my right leg which has turned purple in the last 48 hours. I am sure that if I don't make my court date that they will issue a warrant regardless if I'm in hospital. At this point I'm feeling so horrible I just don't care. Do what you can. I will send updates from ER as I get them. This is my new cell number as I already noted in the 2 voicemails I have left for you within the past week...... I also texted a pic of the condition of my leg.... Mind you I basically had given up and we (Jason and I) had only ever briefly met in court on October 14th 2024 directly after my old lawyer stepped down..I'm kinda known as a ( problem client) which is whatever !!!.... Boooo!!!! Jason was my attorney took 3 absolutely winners and dragged ass. Had a jury trial court date of September 16 at 8;30am. I showed up. My attorney did not. I did not see my name on the calender at 1415 Truxton Ave, so I went to 1215 Truxton Ave. I didn't see my name on the calender there. Then in early Oct of 2024 police detained me to ask about an alleged nothing and found out I had a warrant. Thanks a lot. For the warrant and no GOOGLE VOICE CALL from you. Moreover you never filed the motion to dismiss based on the fact that I never waived my right to a speedy trial, even though you had told me we did and we had lost. I wish I was aware of said such date. It was a winner because by the time you received it, it was July or August 2024. Doesn't matter because I was arrested on the illegal trespass and brandishing a weapon on Jan 18th, 2024. JAN, FEB, MAR, APRIL, MAY, JUN,, MAYBE AUG. Almost 7months before I got my date date for a jury trial. Which you then put off against against my wishes. BTW the first time communicated after he took over the case was the Friday at 4pm the weekend before the jury trial. That was to text me and say I'll call you at 5pm. Jury trial on Monday. Not Saturday, nor Sunday, but on Monday. BTW, I'm still waiting on my unrelated discovery. Also I would like to know the exact date of the motion hearing. Also what was said on September 17 at the bench warrant hearing since you never gave me that date, and I was the target of such bench warrant.
