My mother was coerced into visiting this attorney by her sister and my half-sister, months after my father died. Mr. Gentile drafted a trust disinheriting my brother and I, leaving the sole beneficiary my half-sister and my aunt the alternate beneficiary (along with her husband). If this attorney had dug any deeper into the family background he would have discovered my half-sister has been a drug addict my entire life and was taking advantage of our mother. Not to mention had been previously disinherited by the trust drafted by none other than my father: 15 years previously. Oh yeah, my father, who had just passed, was an attorney that specialized in estate planning. I can guarantee this attorney did not do his due diligence to assess the situation nor the level of coercion and possible elder abuse.

I would not recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy.
