Update: I am updating my review because the firm's response was not entirely truthful. I did not seek out this law firm. I used a third party service to find an attorney for my SSDI claim, and this firm expressed interest in my case and requested to speak with me, not the other way around. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time, and the person I spoke with was easily one of the rudest individuals I have encountered during this process. I understand that not every case is one a firm wants to take, and that's perfectly fine. However, people seeking disability benefits are often dealing with serious health issues, financial struggles, and difficult circumstances. Compassion and basic respect should be a priority when working with vulnerable people. You don't have to accept someone's case to treat them with dignity. A little kindness goes a long way, especially in this line of work.
