⭐☆☆☆☆ I don’t want to mention anyone by name or disrespect anybody, but I feel I should share my honest experience. They rarely answer phone calls, which makes it very difficult to get updates or ask simple questions. When someone does answer, some of the male staff who handle the calls can come across as rude or impatient at times. It sometimes feels like basic questions are treated as an inconvenience rather than being answered professionally. I understand everyone gets busy, but clients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. Better communication and a more welcoming attitude would make a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I wish i don’t pay them my full fees for case because whenever we call them they don’t respond at all alwys tell us give us sec and just hang up the calls so my overall experience with this law firm is really bad if you guys doesn’t know how to work properly then you guys open this fake law firm whoever reading my comments please don’t waste your time and money on these guys and look so a good one ..!
