This attorney was extremely unprofessional and raised several serious concerns. From the beginning, it felt like his main focus was money rather than actually helping his clients.

A friend of mine had a consultation with him at Sacramento County Jail, and he appeared disorganized and “off.” He was even referencing the wrong client name during the meeting. On top of that, his appearance was sloppy—his suit and tie were visibly dirty, which is not what you expect from someone in a professional role.

I have personally observed him in Department 62 court proceedings, where he represented inmates in a very rude and dismissive manner. His behavior toward clients was concerning and lacked professionalism.

Another friend of mine retained him, and her experience was equally negative. He was rude, seemed more interested in getting paid, and made bold claims about winning a trial without even fully understanding the case. Thankfully, she was able to recover her money through her bank and reported the situation.

Additionally, I am aware of a case in 2024 where someone retained him, went to trial, and received the maximum sentence. While outcomes can vary, the pattern of behavior raises red flags.
