I strongly urge anyone considering hiring Gerald Wirsch should say Gerald WORST, to look elsewhere. I hired him based on his promises of positive results, but my experience was the complete opposite. Instead of advocating for my case, he failed to submit critical evidence I provided, which has now resulted in those documents being permanently excluded from my court proceedings.
Beyond his lack of preparation, I was appalled to discover that he has misrepresented facts about my character and my capabilities as a parent. His conduct throughout this process was negligent, and he kept half of my retainer despite providing inadequate representation that actively made my legal situation worse.
It is my experience that his reputation with the courts is poor, and I feel his lack of diligence has caused irreparable harm to my case. Do not be misled by his initial promises or the positive reviews left by his associates—my experience suggests they do not reflect the reality of his practice.
