Emily is amazing. She genuinely cares for her clients and that is clearly evident in how she handles her cases. She is communicative, empathetic, and knowledgeable. As another local attorney, Emily is my first choice to send clients to who need help with intellectual property law, business formation, and/or employment related disputes. You never want to need a lawyer, but when you do, it often happens quick and it’s hard to get some of the larger companies to care or have the time for you.

I was extremely lucky to have found Emily and highly suggest that you reach out to her the minute you think you need help. She answers questions and actually assesses your case before agreeing to anything, and most importantly is honest. She won’t take your money unless she thinks she actually can help you. She is upfront and realistic about what a potential/likely outcome might be so that you can make an informed decision, and is responsive—especially in the thick of things.

She may try to focus on small businesses and other legal needs, but she has too big of a heart (and is a Hufflepuff ❤️) to not help the “little guys” that need help too. She has skills and expertise in disability, ADA or EEOC issues that can be particularly useful, and she cares immensely about getting the best result she can.

Even if it’s not the news you want, she is going to give you an honest appraisal of the situation and fight as hard as she can to get you a result out of court, without pushing so hard you get nothing or are forced to litigate.

It was wonderful having a nice human being as a lawyer, and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need.
