Elizabeth protested my property taxes in 2025. Overall she did a great job- we were able to get the tax reduced. Would recommend to anyone in the future.

Elizabeth Lockett is the most professional and knowledgeable attorney I have ever worked with. I am grateful to her for her assistance with several of my probate and wills/trust cases.

We found Ms. Lockett via our Deloitte Met Life Legal Plan (meaning, she was listed as a participating vendor in several practice areas). We scheduled a 20 min consultation call that ran to an hour, delayed due to her technical issues (taking a consultation call from her car, which lead to bad internet connectivity). She indicated she would accept our case as she accepted 5 tax protest cases per year, and we would be number 4. We sent an email expressing our interest in retaining her, and 6 emails and 1 month later, we have not heard anything. A simple "no" would have sufficed so we could move on, given the timeliness of this matter. She not only wasted our time, but also indicates her lack of integrity for agreeing to participate in a program and not following through. As an attorney myself, that is simply unprofessional and I feel obligated to leave my first ever negative review (and frankly, probably my 3rd review overall). In the law, communication, accountability, reliability and ethical practice matter.
