Doug was great to work with. I had a complicated state traffic matter he was able to resolve quickly and effectively.

I have a commercial DL which makes any traffic issue more serious. He worked with the Prosecutor to get the charge modified to a less serious charge. He addressed all my questions about the process via text and email, which worked well for my busy schedule. I am very satisfied with his services and the outcome of the matter. I was also satisfied with the reasonable costs associated with his services. He did not tack on hundreds of dollars just because I have a commercial DL. This was especially important to me since the infraction was in a non-commercial vehicle and my first in nearly 30 years.

I will also note, I was unaware speeding over 5 mph was now a misdemeanor in MO. This means it goes on your criminal record forever if you are convicted. Doug was able to get the charge amended to an infraction and keep a misdemeanor off my clean criminal record. Crazy it is now a criminal charge in MO!

I will certainly work with Doug again should I need his services in the future. Hoping to avoid that though. :-). However, good to know I have a reasonable, honest, patient , and hardworking lawyer in my corner should I need it.
