				I retained Douglas G. Rankin for legal representation and ultimately terminated his services due to serious concerns regarding the handling of my matter. I later pursued legal action against him and obtained a judgment related to fees I had paid. That judgment was not satisfied promptly and required enforcement measures. I subsequently had to pursue additional legal action to recover interest due to prolonged delay in payment.



This process has resulted in years of continued court involvement stemming from representation that I ended long ago. In my experience, resolution required judicial intervention rather than voluntary compliance.
