We completed an entire estate plan with Donna’s office and it was a very smooth process! The thought of “getting our affairs in order” was so daunting, but Donna and Lauren completely took the stress out of it. In less than a couple of weeks, we had drafted, reviewed, and signed our entire estate plan. If you’re in the San Gabriel Valley and it’s time to get squared away, Donna’s office is the first and only stop you’ll need to make. Plus, she referred us to a great CPA, so we’ll never have to do our own taxes again!!!

Worse experience dealing with this attorney and her horrible secretary Lauren. I addressed the lack of communication with Lauren and instead of being apologetic, she was rude and defensive. We sent the retainer two months ago. Sent a simple email asking to confirm they received retainer. No response back. Called two months later to address it and Lauren response was, we can reply but we will charge you. Seriously takes 10 seconds to say "received" . received email on 4-21-2026 about documents to be sent out. Called today, almost 4 weeks later for a simple form and was told shes been waiting weeks for my brother to come in. talk to my brother and he screenshot me all the communication and my brother's been waiting on Lauren for weeks. She then responded to my brother's email minutes after i hung up with her today. When you call they never pick up. Ive left messages, never returned back. Yet im told they respond to every message . A lie as if that was true i would have received a call back on the 3 messages i have left from March to current . If you want to be nickel and dimed and get bad customer service from Lauren, who rarely picks up the phone or respond to an email, then go here. im sure Lauren will reply with a snarky reply back to my review and will probably get charged for them reading my review.
