I contacted the office of Dell A. Richard through their websites Contact Us page. I received an email way quicker than I was expecting. Dell himself contacted me, not a secretary or an assistant. He was thorough and explained in detail the answers to my Real Estate and Property questions. We exchanged a few emails and each email Dell sent was easy for me to understand. If Dell spent this amount of his time answering my questions in a way I was able to understand, and Google couldn't. I wouldn't hesitate contacting and obtaining Dell's service. I will be recommending him to anybody I know that is needing help in his area of expertise.
