The patience, knowledge, active listening, and genuine compassion to hear my whole story from start to finish the good the bad and the ugly. David laid out the options available to me and how the possible effects of each choice could be in the present, the future, and unforeseen situations he has experienced with earlier clients. At this point I knew that I was making the right choice and the entire process from start to finish went through just as he said it would. I was even surprised to hear back from David after the process was over providing just a follow up call and email assuring that everything was complete and if I had any last questions or concerns.
