Mr. Branch was highly recommended to me for an employment case. I had been looking for a capable attorney for months who understood the nuances of my case. After conducting 2 detailed zoom meetings, Mr Branch agreed to take my case. However, after making the initial payment, things began to nosedive.

The first stage didn't go as he expected and we needed to move past mediation to an RTS. After several emails and a text, he became testy and snarky with me. I stated very clearly what I wanted to. Mr Branch stated that he needed more time to review my documents, which were already in his possession for several months. I reached out to Mr Branch and his assistant Kailyn a few weeks after that - he GHOSTED me. I was patient and waited. Needless to say, Mr Branch failed to communicate on several missed opportunities. Now I've lost my opportunity to file my lawsuit against my previous employer.

Everything that Mr Branch said he would do, when questioned on the progress or lack of, he became upset. That's not how an attorney should respond or behave. Clients are required to ask pertinent questions when they see slow movements. I do regret trusting Mr. Branch but happy that I've learned this lesson. The lack of ethical behaviors by Mr. Branch was completely lacking. While it is ok to get good reviews, it is necessary to learn from the bad ones.

Noone sets out to tarnish one's record unless they did something legitimately wrong. Mr. Branch merely wanted some easy money because that's how he handled my situation. Two stars were for his effort to set up the meetings.

Lifesaver; I wanted to first introduce the review with a word that shouldn't be consumed lightly. Attorney David Branch has done more for me in the past few months, than many have for a lifetime. From handling my discriminatory legal matters, to providing life insight for ongoing personal matters, Attorney David Branch is a God send and I do not say this lightly. I highly recommend his firm, as they are patient, compassionate, willing, and certainly able to handle whatever employment related legal matters you may be experiencing. Additionally, be sure to ask Attorney Branch about "Adjudication", his literary masterpiece which has been a revelation for me since its inception in my life. Once again, I highly recommend Attorney Branch and his law firm. 5 stars across the board.
