I went to Daniel to have documents drawn up for my estate. He was very thorough, explained everything and answered all questions I had. He made it all very easy and I felt very comfortable with him. I would highly recommend!

I needed to make a trust for my brother whom I am the legal guardian due to his intellectual disability. I went through 3-4 attorneys to help me but got no where. I contacted Daniel Webster. He was totally informative, knew exactly what needed to be done and executed the appropriate documents to the court. He was very friendly, talked to my brother like he was a normal man and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would most definitely recommend him. He throughly helped us and I very much thank him.

I wish I could give Daniel Webster more than 5 stars! Daniel is a very skilled and knowledgeable attorney. In dealing with the legal issues relating to my late husband's estate he really knew what he was doing. Not only that, he treated me with a level of kindness, sincerity and respect that I truly cannot adequately express here in words my deep appreciation for. It's been a very emotional and frustrating time for me and Daniel always went out of his way to make it very much less so.

Daniel always responded promptly to my emails and calls, without fail and no matter how trivial my questions or concerns may have been. He always listened to me and his responses were always thoughtful and thorough.

His attention to detail was above and beyond and the organizational skills of both Daniel and his staff are remarkable. I never had to repeat myself or ask a question more than once and he always took the time to thoroughly explain what the next steps were and what we may or may not expect from a hearing. His knowledge of law and precedent is impressive. Honestly I cannot express well enough how happy I am that I retained Daniel. I would recommend him above all other attorneys in the Buffalo area. And believe me I spoke with numerous attorneys prior to deciding to go with him. He stands out!

I also would like to point out that Daniel's paralegal Jillian is an absolute rock star. Like Daniel, she treated me with compassion and respect. She is fast and intelligent and always so very kind and I am so thankful that she was the one assisting on my file. In addition, she was always prompt when responding to my emails and calls and very thorough.

I am shocked to read a negative review here. My experience with Daniel was polar opposite. However, I have worked for lawyers in the past and it's not unheard of for an opposing party to write a negative review out of sheer spite. I can only assume that is the case because I could not be happier with the services I received. So much so that if I were to ever require legal services again I would not seek them anywhere else.
