Valerie (a paralegal I suppose) contacted me regarding a fuel company suing me for a free service they provided, which they then billed me for.
She was unbelievably RUDE and unprofessional. Yelling, talking over me, not allowing me to ask or answer questions.
I had offered to be done with this matter and set up a payment arrangement, so I asked for the payment agreement be sent to me and she REFUSED. She said she won't send me anything until I "put my money where my mouth is". I'm sorry, is it not common practice to provide a legally binding document for both of us to agree to these payment arrangements? I also refuse to provide my bank or card information over the phone to ANYONE - let along someone I have never heard of, spoken to and they called from a BLOCKED number? I asked if a link could be sent to me to privately fill in the payment details etc. She yelled at me and said she will just take me to court and I will have to pay double now. All because I asked for a payment agreement be sent to me. Lovely Lovely people at this practice :)
