This experience has been incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking. My partner, Jannette, trusted this firm with her divorce case, believing she was in good hands. After paying approximately $8,000, she was asked for another $3,000, yet after more than four years, there is still no resolution. What hurts the most is the lack of communication. The attorney, Dallas, who was handling her case left the firm, and Jannette was left without meaningful updates. She eventually had to personally walk into the office just to find out what was happening, only to feel like they didn't even know she had an active case. After all the money, time, stress, and trust she invested, this is not the outcome anyone should have to experience. We feel completely let down. Clients are real people who work hard for their money and deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for—not forgotten or treated like another source of income. I sincerely hope others do their research before choosing this firm. Our experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on what my partner has gone through.

It's hard to put into words how much gratitude I have for Cameron Fernandez and his team. When I found Cameron I was exhausted and terrified about entering a custody battle. My case was complex, involving substance abuse, and I knew I needed someone who could truly understand addiction and fight for both me, the child and the recovering parent. He spent over an hour listening to my concerns during my consultation and assured me that he felt confident in taking on my case. And once we got to work, I knew I made the right choice in retaining him. Over the course of several months we worked together closely piecing together evidence and building a solid foundation. Cameron was always quick to answer my questions, was honest about realistic outcomes and did his best to keep the billing fair and at a minimum. But most importantly, Cameron did an excellent job at communicating with the opposing party that our goal was not to isolate the child or cause shame, but to establish long-term sobriety and stability for our child. Throughout the course of my case, the child remained in my care with frequent contact with the other parent as sobriety was established (which was our goal). Fast forward to today, thanks to Cameron, Kenneth and the rest of the team at CMF Law, I am now in a healthy co-parenting relationship and our child has both parents in their life. I am forever grateful for my decision to hire Cameron and can not recommend him enough.

Worst experience ever, I would give no stars if possible, Aaron pankrats is the worst. I gave him 30k and received nothing on return. He asked for an additional 5k than the next day said I cannot represent you. All they do is run up the bill for petty cost. He would charge me $400 to write an email. Take your money somewhere else
