I hired Seyfried and Vicario in May 2025 to handle My fiancé and I’s K-1 Visa. Their website showed the handle these types of Visas, initial call with the attorney went well so hired him immediately.
Paralegal#1 was assigned to my case and immediately showed no interest in moving my case forward when I met her. I had to push her for information and call/message her to push the case forward. I knew this process takes time typically 112-14 months but P#1 was always making excuses to delay anything. Finally when I had enough and scheduled an appointment with the attorney, ( you have to schedule an appointment at 50.00 cost per appointment and you cannot leave a message. The paralegals will not give it to him so you have to pay the fee.), she finally files the I-129 with USCIS. Immediately after I was told my case was being transferred to Paralegal #2. 7 months later we received approval through USCIS. Paralegal #2 seemed to be helpful at first but then she also started to drag her feet getting anything done. She openly admitted that she had no idea what to do in the next step and also said the attorney was unsure what to do.
P#2 started to ignore my messages so decided to call. I called the office 12 times in 1 day and was ignored each time. (call was never answered).
Next I showed up at the office at 1pm. The receptionist was surprised when I told her my name and I wanted to see P#2. She tried to give me all sorts of alternatives instead of speaking to P#2. She finally said she was out to lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. I said I would wait. I wanted to find out why no action was being taken on my case. 30 minutes later P#1 walks through the lobby seeing if I was still there. 2 minutes after the receptionist tells me P#2 is in a meeting with a client and is unavailable the remainder of the day.
At this point I knew it was time to hire a new attorney. Each time I went into that office I was treated like dirt. (except the initial visit of course.) I only seen Hispanics in the office the 3 times I went there. In my opinion, the way my case was handled was based on race, Im white and my fiancé is Filipino. I would suggest finding an alternate attorney for your Visa or immigration needs. This is my opinion based on my account. I do have all documentation from the Paralegals with everything stated above that I am willing to share if requested.

No los recomendare jamás. Por eso les doy una estrella, por su falta de importancia hacia mi caso.
