I signed with this firm on May 8th 2026 and received a text message on May 12th 2026 saying they were dropping me as a client apparently because I was rude. I was told they were going to return my retainer. I called them twice spoke with a representative and left message the first time and left a message with the billing department the second time nobody ever got back to me. I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my funds back. I understand not wanting to represent me because you think I'm rude but return my retainer. I think it's funny they think I'm too rude to represent me but my money is not rude so they'll hold on to that? I'm glad all this happened because if I knew how unprofessional, petty and spiteful they were I never would have signed with them. This is what you get when you grow up with a silver spoon in your mouth, and always had people kiss your butt and never talk to you like a real person. Enjoy paying the credit card investigation fees, Hope it was worth it! I'll also add I finally got a return phone call after I posted this message weird huh, I ignored it and filed it in the Brown section of the trash can! If I wasn't good enough for you to respond before the world knew I'm not good enough to answer when you're trying to save face! I could have reported you to the bar association in your county for not returning funds based on New Jersey law but I think it's more fun for you to worry that somebody else reads this and reports you! Just like I didn't know when my funds were going to be returned, you won't know when somebody reports you to the bar! It's open ended, fun right?

I have had an on going case with this firm for 4+ years I’ve waited and waited for some sort of communication as to where we were being the deposition was months and months ago I’ve called several times I don’t even know who’s representing me at this point I’ve been passed off to a few different ppl from Angelina who’s no longer with them to Andrew who has answered absolutely none of my texts to a paralegal and now nothing I’ve given up hope at this point alls I receive is bill reminders via email and the case was taken on contingency this was such a long rollercoaster ride of ups n downs and now nothing no response no call back nothing very frustrating

Had a scheduled free 15 minutes consultation. That I waited 5 days for. Never received a call. When I messaged them no answer, I called them was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on. Then they left me a voicemail stating something came up with the lawyer I was scheduled with!! And wanted to re schedule lol. No thanks. Clearly that system is broken.

Theres nothing I can add to the reviews already posted and I don’t like posting negative reviews but they are very accurate. I’ve been extremely patient in getting in contact with the attorney I was working with for the past month by calling his direct line, the office, leaving multiple messages and setting up appointments as well with no response at all! Not interested in doing business here when the owner responds faster to google reviews than their attorneys will attempt to get in contact with their clients.
