Not the best experience after I had a phone interview with her and she said she can help as soon as I signed the documents and I gave my banking information. I received an email from her telling me there’s nothing she can do for me, which is she could’ve said that from the beginning Save my time my money and her time and I’ve had a few questions for her on what to do or any suggestions what would be the next step no answers so I’m not really sure. I am giving this firm one star because the service was great then slumped!!!

I am a firm believer in doing the right thing but keeping a retainer after a very long awaited service that was requested for adjusted refund from the simple fact that it's on paper and I still was yelled at for asking is beyond not acceptable!!!

Take your issues elsewhere and please never yell at a client for simply inquiring on things you can't follow-up on!!
