Based on his knowledge and guidance, I decided it was important to complete a full reinstatement and update of my own estate plan as well. Anthony D. His experience and ability to explain how to properly structure and update our estate plans to help avoid probate gave us a great deal of confidence. It was very clear that he understood the legal and practical aspects of protecting assets and ensuring everything is handled properly for the future. Anthony ("Tony") and Lisa were trustworthy, professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. Tony was straightforward and honest, and he took the time to explain exactly what I needed for my estate plan without pushing unnecessary services. That level of integrity gave me confidence and peace of mind. Tony also provides a detailed Engagement Letter that both parties sign before the estate planning work begins. The Engagement Letter clearly outlines the scope of services being provided, along with all associated fees and costs, which I found to be very professional and transparent. Once the agreement is signed, payments can conveniently be made in two installments, which I completed through Zelle. There is also an additional fee for Lisa’s notary services, which I found very fair for the professional services she provides. If you have properties that need to be transferred into your living trust, their office can also assist with preparing and recording those documents, with the county recording fees paid separately to the county. One thing I especially appreciated was how convenient and flexible the process was. Everything could be handled over Zoom, which made the entire experience much easier and more efficient for both sides, especially since time is valuable in all our lives. Their ability to work remotely while still providing personal attention and guidance was extremely helpful. At the completion of the estate planning process, I was provided with a professionally organized leather-like binder/notebook with tabs containing all my estate planning documents, along with a USB drive that allows me to securely store and access my entire estate planning portfolio electronically on my computer. That level of organization and attention to detail was extremely impressive and reassuring. I feel very comfortable having placed my trust in the Law Office of Anthony D.
