Not very happy. Called 2 weeks ago with a $10m estate to be planned and someone ensures me a call back. Im waiting patiently for literally a week or 2 with my father in the CCU possibly on his death bed and other time sensitive problems.

I call back 2 weeks later to follow up and some foreigner tells me they can't help with a $10m estate and that he can help me find a lawyer that can help with a large estate.

What a waste of a very important 2 weeks. Don't put your eggs in this basket if it's important or you will lose everything you have.

You obviously don't care too much about your clients if you can't even call a potential time sensitive client back to let them know you don't give a damn about them or their case. I laid my faith and trust in you.

Andrew was very professional and had a lot of patience when assisting with my mother’s paperwork. He was very thorough while hearing our concerns and explaining the best route to take with our particular situation. His entire staff was very friendly especially Karen. She was on top of all the time lines and confirmations. Highly recommend his establishment !!!

I am providing this review even though I ultimately decided not to move forward with the firm. The 4-star rating reflects my experience up to the point of becoming a client, which was VERY POSITIVE. I paused the process for personal reasons, but I felt it was important to share my experience and how it compared to other firms I researched. The 4-star rating is my style for acknowledging the time spent while also not having enough experience to provide a 5-star customer relationship.

From my first inquiry through multiple follow-ups, Rosenberg Law Firm was consistently responsive, professional, and easy to work with. My initial consultation was informative, educational, and free of any high-pressure sales tactics. Communication was timely throughout the process, including accommodating the rescheduling of an in-person meeting. I was very close to signing before deciding to put my planning on hold, and I felt they still deserved recognition for the way they treated me during that time.

As part of my research, I also spoke with three other firms. One projected a somewhat condescending attitude. Another seemed so focused on worst-case scenarios and constant reminders about mortality that the experience felt more like a sales pitch than a consultation. The third attorney was pleasant and knowledgeable, but the pricing structure was out of this world excessive.

Estate planning is deeply personal. While legal expertise is essential, I believe it is equally important to find an attorney who makes you feel comfortable, respected, and understood. The relationship should be more than just a financial transaction.

Although I did not move forward with Rosenberg Law Firm at this time, I would absolutely recommend including them in your research if you are evaluating estate planning attorneys. My experience with their team was professional, respectful, and low-pressure from start to finish.
