After what I thought was going to be a collaborative mediation with my husband of 7 years, I was suddenly served with divorce papers requesting the immediate sale of our house and full custody of our son. Upon urgently requesting consultations with local family law firms, André was the only one who would give me unlimited time to hear me out and have a discussion about my options, without charging me a consultation fee. He quickly helped me to figure out my realistic options as we urgently needed to have a response filed within 30 days. While we could not control the timing of court appearance dates and opposing counsel's responses, he did his part to expeditiously provided responses to opposing counsels and court communication. He always made himself available for court appearances, filings and communication with me. What I thought would be a straightforward process took many turns involving a deposition and a child custody evaluation. André and his staff guided me throughout the way to make the process as smooth as possible. One of the ways I knew I was in good hands with this team was the way they would advise me on things I could do myself rather than engage their team in an effort to save me time and money. I never felt like they were doing anything more than was necessary. It's been over five years since my initial outreach, the divorce has been settled, André's team helped me avoid going to trial, and today my family and I are in a place of peace, an agreed upon child custody schedule and I now have a place I can call my own. While the process was indeed difficult, André and his team calmly guided me along the way and I always felt like I was in safe hands.

Poorly represented my case. Goes rogue. Does not represent you. Retainer fee goes fast. Quickly request his next payment & does not have your best interest. Have never seen this attorney in person. Attorneys will be the only one you ever talk to. Do not recommend.

Andre is the worst lawyer ever, I don't even think this guy holds a title himself, shame at the university or college he attend and gave him a degree, he shouldn't have a license at all, he will ask you to pay upfront to not do his job… he wont answer the phone, (btw if he goes to vacation and you have court on those days he will disappear) he wont notify you that you have court coming up he will just show up by himself and tell you that you’re supposed to know .. He will charge you stupid amount just for showing up to court and that will include his “parking fee” when parking is free outside.. He is a completely SCAM!!!!! Don't waste your money or time in this place.… paid him over 5k I got not answers I'm the same place where I was before I hired him just with more debt.. SCAM!! HUGE SCAM!!!

Wish I would have seen Carlos review before I hired andre 8 months ago also. He milked me for 20k and didn't do a darm thing. Then filed for a attorney withdraw something he did with carlos. Billing me for everything he can even parking to go to court. 1700 for court appearance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAYWER. HIS OFFICE IS A BROADCAST ROOM NOT A LAWYER OFFICE.
