David was not a good attorney. He wouldn’t get the full fiduciary disclosure. I insisted he subpoena the information and he claimed it would cost too much. I was willing to pay. He moved to be removed as my attorney. I told him I would object if he didn’t get me the documents. He provided them to me the night prior to the hearing. Very unprofessional. He set my case and custody back years. I’ve been told by others he and his Mom won’t fight unless they see a big payday. If I could give zero stars J would.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with an attorney named Carol L Adams and her staff that I feel compelled to share. Initially, my interaction with Diana, the receptionist, was pleasant; she was friendly and helpful when I called to set up a consultation. However, I was surprised to find that the consultation fee was $100, while many other attorneys offer free consultations. Upon arriving at the office, I was warmly greeted before being sent into Carol Adams office. Unfortunately, I sensed something was off during our meeting. I explained my situation, and while she asked the necessary questions to assess whether she was the right fit for my case, her demeanor changed when I mentioned my sons father’s attorney. Carol immediately spoke disparagingly about him, calling him a crook and a liar. In hindsight, this should have raised red flags for me. As a single mother of two who works part-time, I expressed my concerns about the $3,500 retainer fee, which felt exorbitant for my financial situation. Nevertheless, Carol assured me that hiring her would lead to a successful outcome, including potentially having my ex pay for my attorney fees. Trusting her words, I reluctantly paid the retainer with a credit card. However, everything changed after that payment. Carol and her staff became increasingly rude and dismissive. Carol frequently interrupted me and belittled my concerns, while Diana made it clear that my questions were an annoyance. The staff member responsible for administrative tasks never smiled, contributing to an overall unwelcoming atmosphere that left me feeling dejected. To make matters worse, the office mistakenly served our paperwork to the wrong address. I was shocked to discover this, as the correct address was easily found online. Consequently, we had to wait for the paperwork to be re-served. Adding to my frustration, Carol went on vacation for two weeks, causing further delays. When we finally went to court, we had to reschedule multiple times, often at my expense. During one court appearance, I was made to wait while Carol attended to another client, and I was charged for both visits. Eventually, by the time the paperwork was served properly, my ex-husband had filed his own paperwork against me, which was based on false claims. Carol then informed me that she could no longer represent me because they couldn't investigate his finances due to the delays caused by her office. I expressed my concerns about the mishaps that had occurred and requested a partial refund. She refused my initial request, but after I followed up with an email, I was offered a mere $325 back. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope others can learn from my mistake by choosing The law office of Adams and Clark.

This well known liar was appointed as minors counsel for my two children. From day one, she sided with dad. Despite what my children’s therapist said, my children said, school and all around them.. she sided with dad (the abuser) she lied in court many times and my attorney called her on it. Finally after 2 years the judge removed her. She was very inappropriate and was arguing against what my children asked for even after they spoke to the judge. They told the judge all of the horrible things their father has done and was currently doing. STILL, she was arguing against what the children asked for. I hope she rots in for all of the pain she caused my children. I wish her all of the karma that she deserves.. oh yeah, I was also granted full custody! I have all transcripts to prove this!

Carol Adams does not look out for the best interests of the children. My daughter told Adams how her father drinks and drives with her in the car and hits her. We met her only 1 time in her office and that same weekend my daughter was taken by helicopter to the Loma Linda Children's Hospital. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the following morning Adam's filed an emergency ex-parte hearing while I'm next to my daughter bedside. Gave the abusive father Richard Ortiz full/sole legal custody of my daughter Meilani. Lied in court under oath. Files another ex-parte hearing a week before Christmas in 2020 never had a hearing and was granted by judge Kristi Hester. I have not seen or talked to my daughter since. God bless your soul Adam's because when that day comes I will not have mercy for you. Just know the feds are coming. Good luck trying to cover up your tracks. What do you think was going to happen when you take an innocent child from her mother and place her with her abusive father....
