I definitely would not recommend them. After giving them $4000 for a retainer they have done nothing! The judge has extended my case for 3 months in a row because this lawyer had nothing ready. Has never appeared in court with me. Never get callbacks or emails. Finally my son went into the office with me and blew up. Never again!!!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. Don’t arrange anything over the phone. I was promised that my old case could be sealed over the phone, after saying that I myself tried to seal it (twice) a couple months prior. Well, it’s not legal to seal a record for 2 years after you have tried to seal it already and it was denied, something he should have known, or told me over the phone. Instead he told me the price and to come in and pay such and such. There’s absolutely no reason why he shouldnt have known the fact that it was not possible to do so. You don’t need to wait 2 months to see records and have me pay 1800 dollars to “know” the law and what is and isn’t possible if I give you the dates up front… Finally, after waiting almost two months, they send me an email and say that it can’t be done. So they offer to seal a different less important case for me. They used the same excuse for that as well, when it was literally the same situation almost. “You can’t seal this kind of record until such and such”. I honestly don’t know why this information isn’t common knowledge to someone who has been practicing for many, many years. End of story is that I paid 800 dollars for absolutely nothing and the “work” that I had to pay for was simply work that didn’t have to be done and rules of the law that should be common knowledge for a lawyer. I would not recommend.
