I called Larson and Dauer and spoke to Mark Larson’s secretary then Mark. They were both very nice and professional. I would say that Mark spoke a good 35 minutes explaining my legal options, including filing a workers’ compensation claim versus an employment case. He was not pushy at all, compared to another firm I had called and they offered to come to my house! Desperate much. I am still considering all of my options, but wow, I have so much knowledge now that I feel like I could actual handle it all on my own.
