This review is based on my personal experience. The unprofessional conduct of attorney Tim Langer he has demonstrated regarding his/ my brother & sister handling of my mother’s estate has been alarming. I find this behavior to be FOUL, Dishonest, Sneaky. Dishonest, Dishonest and Dishonest.

Since Mr. Langer was retained by my brother to fix my brother's Edward mistakes of mishandling of my the will from the beginning.

I have repeatedly (3 years) requested documentation to substantiate their claims regarding the estate’s administration. Over the past three years, despite multiple inquiries, Mr. Langer has failed to provide any supporting documentation or answer my specific questions. His response was ask your brother to keep cost down. It is my concern that the terms of my mother’s will are not being honored and that information is being intentionally withheld to obscure the mishandling of estate assets.
I will be asking for a formal review on Tim Langer's conduct of the handling of my mother's estate.
I will file a grievance with the Office of Lawyer Regulation
